VerfiX AG ("VerfiX", "we") is a Swiss identity verification and compliance technology company. We act as a data processor for our customers and as a data controller for our own website and business operations.
For website visitors: technical data (IP, device, pages viewed) and any information you submit via our contact form. For verification services operated on behalf of our customers: identity documents, biometric templates, and screening data — processed strictly under the customer's instructions.
We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Biometric processing for verification rests on the customer's statutory identification obligations.
All verification processing takes place in Switzerland. Biometric templates are deleted at session end by default; compliance records are retained for the statutory period required of the customer.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact privacy@verfix.ch.
We do not transfer personal data outside Switzerland for verification processing. Website analytics, where used with consent, may involve EU/EEA processors under appropriate safeguards.
